Contraindications:
- people diagnosed with cancer
- osteoporosis
- malignant tumors
- heart diseases (also people with pacemakers)
- high blood pressure
- pregnant women or women who are menstruating at the moment
- people under supervision of doctors
- people with injured body parts or eczema
