Please arrive for your treatment a few minutes before the scheduled time.
You may change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the treatment starts. To cancel, please send a notice by email to: spaa@viiking.ee.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the service provider has the right to charge up to 100% of the treatment price.
By making a booking, the client confirms that the chosen treatment is suitable for their state of health and that the service provider has been informed in advance of all relevant health-related circumstances.
